Northern New Mexico College Foundation Exceeds $1M Goal in President’s Eagle Campaign

Donor generosity supports Northern’s commitment to its students and community

The Northern New Mexico College (NNMC) Foundation proudly announces that the President’s Eagle Campaign has surpassed its ambitious $1,000,000 goal, marking a significant milestone in advancing student success and institutional growth.

Launched under the leadership of President Hector Balderas, the campaign brought together donors, community partners and supporters across the region who share a commitment to expanding educational opportunity in Northern New Mexico.

Funds raised through the President’s Eagle Campaign will directly support student scholarships, strengthen the College’s Technical Trades programs and provide critical discretionary funding to address emerging needs and opportunities. These investments will help remove financial barriers for students, enhance workforce training programs and ensure NNMC remains responsive to the evolving needs of its students and community.

“This achievement reflects the generosity and vision of our donors and partners,” said President Balderas. “Together, we are creating pathways for student success, strengthening our workforce and investing in the future of Northern New Mexico.”

The success of the campaign underscores the vital role philanthropy plays in transforming lives and building stronger communities. NNMC extends its deepest gratitude to all who contributed to making this milestone possible.
